Posted: 8/14/2007 2:53:07 PM | Snce this has turned into food, I'll post my recipe for pizza.
get a mixer with a dough hook and blend
3 cups of plain flour
cup cup of warm water
half a teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 table spoon of yeast
let the machine knead it for 5 minutes. the better the dough is kneaded the lighter and fluffier it is when cooked. then let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
preheat oven as hot as it can go.
lay out pizza dough on tray and spread out a prebought tomato base. they are all good.
top with mushroom, peperoni, capsicum, and cheese.
cooks in 11 to 13 minutes.
enjoy with beer. | |
