| Tattoos and body piercings Posted: 9/22/2008 5:55:46 AM | You go ... I've had some piercings too. I loved em!!! Unfortunately I had to let them go, and to this day I miss them.
I think that a bit of body art that has significance is the best way to go.
Be warned... it is addictive...

I have tatts and I love them more because of their significance.

Be warned... it is addictive... yeppers, have seen the straightest church going girls get one tattoo and end up with dozens . even after i warned em its addictive.
I have three but only wish i had one , so i could replace the two spur of the moment ones.. have been considering for the past several months of getting the full southern cross over my back...I just hope its as good as I think it will be...there just so hard to wash off

| Tattoos and body piercings Posted: 9/22/2008 6:13:05 AM | ^^^^ Caves.. I resemble that remark
I'm the rectors warden at my church... and I have tatts???

| Tattoos and body piercings Posted: 9/22/2008 6:22:37 AM | not sure what a rector's warden is but sounds fancy..
I was hoping you was going to say you resemble my remark about the southern cross covering your back :D
have seen some church folk with a massive cross covering their back, kind of similar at the end of the day but I spose its all about what they stand for. for me i love my country and being oversee's in the northern hemisphere looking up at a strange night sky, I instantly missed not seeing that southern cross...with out it I felt even further away from home

| Tattoos and body piercings Posted: 9/22/2008 7:46:49 AM | The rectors warden (in my case) drinks loads of booze... is badly behaved and ummmm is the special needs person.. the priest likes to keep close
Nah... only joking... I'm the person in the parish who looks after the priest, and makes sure that everything runs smothly... along with having 'tough stickers' keeps the oldies in line... ha ha ha
Tell ya what... when you get the stars on ya back... I'll come over and rest my can of rum and coke on it... and if you are a very naughty boy... I'll show you my tatts
|
| Tattoos and body piercings Posted: 9/22/2008 6:00:48 PM | tell you what churchy girl, i will get an ashtray tattooed on there for ya also .. NOT !! lol I'm a naughty boy , I 'm a naughty boy, I'm a naughty boy , I 'm a naughty boy, I'm a naughty boy , I 'm a naughty boy
summer is probably the worse time for new tats, the other thing i have been thinking about its not being able to sleep on my back for a couple of nights..
|
| Tattoos and body piercings Posted: 9/22/2008 9:19:36 PM | I dont know that the season really makes a difference to the comfort level of a new tatt.
What I will say is that the first night can be a bit of a strain. You'd really only have to sleep off it for that first night, after that it gets a scab on it. You do have to put oil on the scab regularly until it heals. Keeps it soft and stops it lifting.
Just put a cotton t shirt on and if its stuck to you in the morning, you just have a shower and when everything is nice and wet and unstuck, thats when you take off the tshirt, or you'll rip half your artwork off.
Ok are you ready.. naughty boy.... heres my tatts....****FLASH****
