Posted: 5/2/2006 8:27:23 PM | Ok, I am sorry but that first song that Kat sang was horrible...ouch! I do love her and I think that she is usually quite fantastic (and beautiful) but that performance was not good at all. I loved Taylor's first performance (haven't seen the second ones yet).
So far I must say from the first performances:
1) Chris
2)Taylor
3) Elliot
4) Kat
5) Paris
Hopefully they will all step it up in the second performances. | |

Chris sang some weird song way too high for him and strainded and almost scratched his voice right out,... not a good performance,.. good thing his first one was fantastic from what I heard,. grrrr I missed that one! | |

1) Paris did well on both songs, but she is a bit screechie.
2) Taylor funked it up, and it was all good.
3) Chris ROCKED the house, he is going to win if he keeps that up.
4) Kat was weak on one song, but her last song made up for it with a great song choice.
5) Elliot........well, he sang "I wanna go home". Says it all, doesn't it?
Kinda obvious who will be going home this week. | |

Taylor sang my absolute favorite song last night...Something. I thought he did an awesome job.
Gonna be watching it "B.C. time" tonight...Alias and Lost are on first :) | |

I love the top 4 and would buy any of their albums.. they are all so diverse. But I have a feeling elliot might be next  | |

Sooooo Elvis week is it? That should be interesting. I sure hope somebody does "Cant help Falling in Love with you"
I may be off base but I think perhaps this genre of music might suit Taylor well-and I'm thinking perhaps its Elliot's time to depart? | |

Posted: 5/9/2006 9:17:44 PM | I still think the top 3 will be Chris, Elliott & Katherine. Taylor did a fabulous job tonight as did everyone! I think Katherine was the weakest tonight, but I think her fan count will hold up.
I would HATE to see Elliott go home tomorrow night!!! He has TOTALLY shown us what he's made of, and I will be first in line to buy his album! In fact, I'm gonna buy albums of all 4!!!
