| Does perfume really work? Posted: 3/3/2006 12:05:36 AM | I love one thing about men's parfumes... I don't have preference about it... but if Im in love and had great sex, the scent somehow stays in my mind and then whenever I can smell the very parfumes... I get excited, might be in any place really, might be any man wearing them.. I close my eyes and the night comes back to me...so I just enjoy... ---------- Oh one more thing... I love it when we get sweaty after sex, I love the smell and I love the taste of salt on his body... | |

| Does perfume really work? Posted: 3/3/2006 12:11:49 AM | Wow I'm really amazed how many woman like cologne on a man, but not to much.
See for me it burns my eyes, so I guess you are saying wear it and screw your eyes heh.
I woman smell differently then men, I love womens perfume, but most men colognes are to much for me.
I need to find something more soft, I know my father had this thing called 3 Perry Ellis, that's the only thing I could wear that wasn't to hard on my eyes.
I both axe today, but no girl from the store jumped on me, I guess the commercials aren't reality? haha

| Does perfume really work? Posted: 3/27/2006 11:48:40 AM | I love perfume. It's fun trying to guess what a women's intention by her scent. Maybe on the first date it's something sweet and airy and then on the fourth or fifth hopefully its potent! | |

| Does perfume really work? Posted: 3/29/2006 2:02:06 AM | I was actually in a sex shop about a month ago and they were selling a brand of colonge called "Yes!". Well in talking with the person working at the shop, I found out that it actually contains human pheromones. My friend sprayed me with it, thinking she was funny. I walked around wearing this mens colonge and after about 10 minutes it was starting to turn me on. It was even stranger that I was begining to turn her on as well...lol... I felt like a perv. Guys, if you ever wanna get laid, pick yourself up a bottle of "Yes!". I bought it for my ex, and for fun he'd put it on before we went out... I couldn't wait to get him home, not to mention there we're a few other ladys that approached him that night. I suppose any colonge with pheromones would have the same effect... I think women can even buy perfumes containing them.
Anyways, there's my 2 cents

|
| Does perfume really work? Posted: 3/29/2006 2:28:02 AM | | i actually prefer those that do not wear perfume! i like to smell the scent of themselves, not a bottle! a natural sweet smell is the most arousing thing to me, to cover that up is just a shame! maybe i'm alone in this, who knows!!!! | |

| Does perfume really work? Posted: 3/29/2006 10:52:32 AM | I prefer men to smell natural... not stinky mind you... just manly. Men who have a good diet... and drink enough water smell really good... and their sweat turns me on! Its the pheromones I assume. If a man uses a cologned body wash... so it is subtle... that can be a nice treat... but men who douse themselves in cologne before going out... or in lieu of a shower... Yuk! Icky! If you must wear cologne... spray it in the air... and then walk through it. Thats it. Just a dusting.... and put it on your skin... not your clothes. Then it can blend with your natural scent and be muted by the clothes you put over it. Favorite scents include: Hugo - Hugo Boss Desire Blue - Alfred Dunhill Happy for Men - Clinique Pi (the symbol) - Givenchy Sometimes Agua Di Gio... by Armani... but seems like EVERY guy has this.
I am also a big fan of essential oils being used as cologne. I wear these myself. Much better for your skin... and doesn't contain any toxic chemicals that you would inhale smelling yourself all day long. They are great for people who are sensitive to smells... and get headaches. They can also work as aromatherapy for you all day. I currently use Lavender regularly... keeps me calm and centered... and people say I smell GREAT!!

| Does perfume really work? Posted: 4/8/2006 12:11:31 AM | I love a very subtle scent on my man - I love to wear a nice light body spray all over. Anything too strong on anyone is a turn off. | |

| Does perfume really work? Posted: 4/8/2006 2:28:28 AM | I wear Stetson, very lightly. It's unique, subtle not over whelming and doesn't smell like a ladies perfume. I said it's unique, actually Statson is Stetson, but it blends well with individual body oders.
It is important though to spend the time and find a cologne that works for you, some people just wear whatever and it doesnt work well for them. It might be great for somebody else though.
I think the worst thing ever is somebody who is wearing too much of a cologne or perfume that doesn't work with their body. It's obnoxious and should be illegal.

| Does perfume really work? Posted: 4/8/2006 2:55:33 AM | For me, I don't mind a really subtle cologne on a man, but to be honest, I really prefer just his natural scent sans any "help"...I find that sexier than hell! | |

| Does perfume really work? Posted: 4/8/2006 3:16:34 AM | | scent is one of the most powerful subconscious emotional triggers that we have, and without a doubt plays a major part in the whole attraction/reaction to another person. so yeah, the right choice can definately enhance things, but the wrong one can be a disaster. | |

| Does perfume really work? Posted: 4/8/2006 9:54:49 AM | YES > Smell is one of the strongest scenes tied to memory, CHEMISTRY.
That it is. The only thing you need to worry about is if the one you are using is right for you. You need it to be soft, not over powering and that it works with your body's natural smell. I don't mean BO. Everyone has a sent to them already. It is like the smell of sex....everyone know that one right.
*Okay tip to ALL* Put a little of the cologne/perfume on the pulse point of your wrist. Allow to dry, ready, and then LICK it.
If it tastes salty, it is not for you, no matter how good it smells to you. If it tastes soupy, it is for you; it will blend and enhance your natural fragrance.
