The first was a cannot put eh book down read, the second was so-so, the third I felt was a little pointless. I know it was true but I just felt that the third was more for the money than for need to finish the tale. I struggled by book 3.

some of it is interesting and thought provoking, but he really needs to tone down opinion and overstating it as fact. Chariots of the Gods isn't bad though.

| What book are you currently reading? Posted: 1/22/2008 11:01:19 AM | I've recently finished reading all twelve volumes of Tsugmui Ohba's "Death Note". The plot is as follows:
A notebook dropped into the human world by a Shinigami death god, capable of killing any person whose name is written inside it, sets off an all-out battle between two chosen people: Gifted high-school student Light Yagami, who vows to use the notebook to change the world; and the greatest living detective, L, who intends to save it. It was one of those series of novels (in this case graphic novels) that come around every few years and simply blow you away. The story was impeccable as you followed the cunning intelligence of both the murderer and the detective as they attempted to discover each others identity first, literally placing their lives on the line in their quest for victory.
