Tony,,,,no matter how hard you try...u still are not "wolfie"... - JLove Hey JLove, a man has to have goals, right? At least I'm tryin'!!!
Would you marry without having sex first.....?????? - JLove Well, considering the fact that wedding cake is one of the biggest inhibitors of female sex drive, no, I would not marry without sex first. Hell, it's right BEFORE marriage that men get the most sex. If she ain't "puttin' out" before the wedding, I can only imagine how infrequent the sex would be after the wedding! Of course, not ever having been married, I can only speak from the experience of other guys, so this little pearl of wisdom might need to be taken with a grain of salt! Tony

Posted: 2/8/2007 4:07:10 PM | I don't think there is one man on here that would marry a woman from the over- whelming love that he feels in his heart and soul......by this I do mean without sleeping with her "first"[/qoute] I must be the one and only?? I wouldn't have a problem with marrying a woman without having sex with her first. Obviously, we would have to be compatable, and truly in love. As far as sex goes...a real man makes it good for his partner, as well as himself. Jim

I'm sure that with a little more practice, you would have gotten better at it!! Besides, I bet he loved you no matter how "horrible" the sex was! I myself am a Yankee Transplant. 11 Years in the south, there are many things I like, enjoy and even love about the south. Although, I have to admit, that I learn something new all the time still.
But, as much as I enjoy and love living here, I will ALWAYS be proud to be a yankee, as my family lived there for over 150 years! Besides, being a yankee is mostly what has given me my independance, spunk and sass. Which can be fun in it's own ways..... ;)
So dont discount us Damn Yankees.....
Anyone know the difference between a Yankee and a Damn Yankee? * * * * * A Yankee comes for a visit and goes home.... A Damn Yankee comes for a visit and stays.....

A Damn Yankee comes for a visit and stays.....
Casey, My daddy was one of those "damn yankees" that stayed for years. I'm not sure how many he was down here before I came along, but it was at least five, and he ended his visit when I was 41 and he decided to go stay with his maker. There is something to be said about living in the south, at least in this part where it's not so spoiled with pollution and such! Welcome to God's country!

He met and married my mom in 1965 (yep--she is from Augusta, born and raised). Nothing wrong with Yankees-- without em, the South may never have realized our full potential, just as exposure to the Southerners may have contributed to the North's continued growth and prosperity.
Please notice the key word in BOTH those sentences is MAY. Which means that my thoughts are purely conjecture and can be in no way interpreted as being fact.

Been here steady for 29 years now (most childhood spent in South, anyway--furthest north was Washington, DC,,,,furthest west was Texas--furthest south was Panama). My heritage is 1/2 and 1/2, but my soul is 100% southern.
But, I certainly don't subscribe to the whole "confederate flag" issue (I say why tamper with history just to please a minority? I salute the flag of the UNITED STATES, not some state flag.
Where the heck did that tangent come from? Sorry, went a bit off-topic there.

He is a good man, but he has the true hard core, cold heart ('cept to my mama)attitude, and heaven knows.. he knows all there is to know about everything...lol (he does have a soft side but we don't tell him... we just let him go on thinking...scary isn't it...lol)
As far a southern women, well I was born in SD, but raised in Georgia, I am as southern as it gets, Love God, Love My Family, Love my country and would do anything possible to help a friend in need...even if I just met `em!
But, I certainly don't subscribe to the whole "confederate flag" issue (I say why tamper with history just to please a minority? I salute the flag of the UNITED STATES, not some state flag.

| Is it true what is said about southern women? Posted: 2/11/2007 4:26:05 PM | Don't worry Skunk, little O" Browneyes can take care of herself just fine. I just happen to call her about an hour after my vicious attack upon her southerness.........I said Hi, she said........."Hey you BRAT!". I was then scolded for 2 hours (well, it felt like it...LOL!!). That little O' Browneyes has earned and will always have my upmost respect and unconditional love. She is my true friend.
Uh Oh.......I think I have been assimulated!!!
