I had this crazy crush on a redhead that lasted for a looooooong time. Seriously, every time he'd enter the room I'd feel like my central nervous system was shutting down. 
The only way a supposed physical thing will hold you back is if you walk around with the attitude that it will. Not everyone is going to find you attractive but there will always be people out there that do. | |

Funny thing abt redheaded women, & possibly men; "Red in the hed, hell in bed"! lol Another truism abt redheaded chicks; There either awesomely beautiful or sinfully ugly.

...and I thought starving children in third world countries had it rough.
Why dont use ask some of the guys and gals who weigh over 300 lbs, wrap around hair pieces wearing thick goggles that have a 3 foot overbite that can open up a bottle of beer and put a beaver to shame? I think they would be considered having it rough?

I have an amazing sense of humor and I love the colour of my hair, NOW - of course when I was little it was like having the plague!!!!!
being called DURACELL the copper top wasn't a preference of mine.
We aren't all bitter grumpy pants' cause of the colour of our hair! *smirking*
Nonetheless, I can appreciate what your thoughts, even if they are wrong *hides eyes*
for the record.. I would date a redhead, err not a girl, but a guy..they just seem to be a rare find, perhaps they are all shaving it off!

Whatever physical characteristics you have, chances are some people hate you, and some people love you. Its all pretty dumb anyway, I can't tell you how many times I've heard women say to a man "I hate guys like you," (particularly if the guy is brash or arrogant), and half an hour later they are either making out or sleeping with them. Lol, sometimes, seriously, I think the "I hate you" is a better indicator how your luck will turn out than the "I like you". | |

Since my moustache and beard are now blond/white I might get away from the stereotype. When I had long hair (to the middle back) I was always surprised by the ladies that said " I wish I had hair like yours! " That being said I am attracted to black or dark brown hair and eyes on women. I have dated redheads and had no problems with their personality. I must also say I was prusued by a lady who wanted to marry a redhead like her daddy! She had dark brown hair and eyes but the relationship ended because she was too overbearing. I don't think all brunettes are like that. Deal with it "OPPIE" or Red or redwolf? | |

I have dated a couple of guys with what we call around here "blasty" red hair, and they were complete sweethearts. Posted: 12/20/2006 2:36:34 AM | I somewhat agree with the OP, I do see the hair section on profiles black, brown, blonde, and so on without red down. Some women have preferences like that believe or not you just have to overlook them and find someone who like you for yourself. I've also seen polls done on this subject but this is only what do like most in a hair color for the guy, the redheads is at 5 pecent but that doesn't say they find it unattractive just a lessor of the others. Just don't see it as a handicap.
Also being a redhead myself i never dated or been with a redhead girl. I prefer brunettes or blondes but i prb. never rule out a redhead girl.
Its all about preference some women like it some women dont just like some men like women with big boobs some like small boobs. | |

So if you want to still pursue a shallow and not very intelligent specimen, thats upto you, the world is full of shallow people, all obsessed with looks, but in a couple of months they will be ****ing that they met a guy or girl who has played them and now won't return their calls. What goes around comes around, and the same goes for you, be patient and you will find someone who likes your brain and personality along with your looks, instead of your six pack if you have one. | |

I've heard alot of people claim some physical attribute is what hinders their love connection... it's easier than faulting a personality issue.
When you can stop blaming and take responsibility you will have the control.
