That's really funny Verissa 'cos my husbands nick-name is 'heap' LOL

What can I say - it must be animal attraction - rats just love me...

...however, if I was at least 10 years younger and single I'd be on the next plane to the beach (second thought I'm not giving up 10 years of experience lol).

Oh I'm not worried Storm38..I know where I stand..and yep there are plenty of other fishies...but I'll stick with the one I have.

Heap..hahaha..Alipally thats hilarious. He's not a rat just a terrible flirt..but a cute one so it will be well worth the roughly 10,000miles travel. Geeze maybe I should make him come here..too much competition over there...lmao.

^^^ so is she a canuck in Australia or just an Australian pretending to be a canuck? I'm confused?#%@ Are ya on the team?...Go Canucks! I'm a Vancouver fan hehehe!!!

Any cute Aussie ladies looking for a sweet Canadian Navy Electrician man I can set you up on a date here! Or send him there....let me know, my friend needs a nice laid back lady and I love the accent so I'd have more fun talking to someone from OZ..plus if you're coming over for your date you could stuff my Bradley into your suitcase and drop him off!

Yes, I am traveling from Oregon, USA, to meet a wonderful person from Australia. We have different histories, which should keep things lively. Over 8,400 miles (and since I have to come home it should read 16,800 miles) is the most I will travel to meet my man. Next time, it's his turn!!! See you in three days!!!

CuddlyCanuck........Regarding the other relationship involving the North American and Australian....do you know who they are?? Would like to exchange information.. ..and difficulties incountered....which Country they are planning on residing in?? And why..... Is the male half from Australia like us??? Any assistance would be appreciated!!!

As far as this romance is concerned....we can thank POF for the introduction....and my curiosity as to who was on line.....located a nice looking man.....and told him so....and the rest is history. I'm boarding a plane tomorrow....for 22 hours of flight....but I'm sure he's worth every mile......

^^^^I felt like someone was talking about me..hehehehe. The shortest flight I have found thus far is 23hrs, any way you slice it travelling that far with three kids is not going to be fun, worth it but not fun. I'll get there somehow! Or maybe I'll get him here first..lmao.

Normally I don't venture from northside of Brissy....but once I drove to the sunshine coast, and well worth the effort too:

I've gone to London, Frankfurt and to Normandy for a couple of test drives (and a back up travel plan)...but who would've thought that 6.6 kilometres down the road was a custom made shiela built exactly to my specifications? Life is pretty strange I tell ya....

ummm she pulled out of the marriage 2 days before her interview with migration officials over there

cost me an arm and a leg --- thats what pissed me off so much she had a think about it two days before instead of 6 months before when we decided to marry

Sorry to hear that Buff, I guess she panicked at the last minute. Especially if she was moving away from friends and family. I bet it would have been a monumental decision to make

Wouldn't travel more than a 100 clicks for a date, l know thats the romantic coming out in me, however have known two ladies that went to the US and Africa to return wondering why they bothered at all.
