| When are we too old for clubbing..... Posted: 4/19/2006 12:13:32 AM | last time I went (prob bout sept) I had to pay a babysitter for the first time so it was £15 before I got out the door. Plus treats and drinks for them all. Fiver to get in the club. Bought myself 4 bottles of water at local store to drink!!
could at least drive my car home at end of night and no need to walk or take expensive taxi!

So if you want to continue clubbing or whatever takes your fancy go for it, You only have one life so get on & enjoy yourself.

| When are we too old for clubbing..... Posted: 5/14/2007 1:42:30 AM | I still love going out occasionally and strutting my stuff but shy away from the big nightclubs as I find them too expensive. Give me Flares or Reflex anyday or The Tap n Tumbler - a wicked rock pub in Nottingham where no one gives a toss what you look like and you can dance the night away in your own true style | |

| When are we too old for clubbing..... Posted: 5/14/2007 1:52:16 AM | Well, I'm about to hit 46 in the next coupla days and I still go into town clubbing most weekends. If you look hard enough there will be clubs that are not full of "kids". Walkabout in Manchester is such a place - maybe other Walkabouts are the same in other towns?
You're as old as you feel and I have had a mental of about 22 for the last 25 years or so!

Well, that could be because I felt 22 when I was 21! However, I think the truth of the matter is that I'm crap at sums! Hey, I'm blonde. What do you expect?

Posted: 5/14/2007 2:25:40 AM | ...when you have to wear a corset UNDER your clothes while the nubile young things around you are only wearing corsets: when you know ALL the songs playing because they're remixes and you have the original 45 on your turntable -

| When are we too old for clubbing..... Posted: 5/14/2007 6:22:11 AM | i use to go "mainstream" clubbing alot, but found it tiresome and the "kids" that tend to go can't handle their ale and react aggressively 9/10. i do club now and again but prefer a jazz club or a pub with a late licence. "mainstream" clubbing is what underaged kids do | |
