Posted: 12/2/2007 2:11:29 PM | Havin' a good one so far. My daughter and one of her friends spent the night here and we had a good ol' fashioned sleepover....it was a lot of fun. lol
Now, I'm just getting ready to head out for groceries...I'm dreading the huge lines at the store....but will be good to have more food in the house. LOL

I'm having a good one...finished my grocery shopping, finally, forgot a few things on my last trip to the store. lol Had a good supper at a friends house......and I sent off some submissions of my writing to a literary magazine (now just have to wait and cross my fingers). So...all-in-all, a good day. | |

Tons of cishes to be done, dayhome kids not wanting to clean up toys, kids come home for homemade bacon and eggers and have one bite.....cats around my feet, damn snow all over outside, cant find kids boots so he needs new ones now...they forget to bring home snowpants etc.....ARGH !!! Well, maybe not all that bad....but I sure do need some sleep. lol I finally went to bed at 5am, then proceeded to stare at the ceiling for 5 hrs...and this was after getting so frustrated that I took an over-the-counter sleep aide.....still no sleep...yet. LOL  
I think this Christmas holiday has plum stressed me out! Is it over yet? hahaha
Well...since I really have not much to do today...I'm off to see if I can find that illusive "SandMan".

Posted: 12/22/2007 10:10:42 PM | Well not to sure.. went to the store took back a video box set( Season 2) that my daughter bought for her brother apparently he already had that season. I returned that box set, 20 minutes of standing in the take back line. Then I go and buy season 1 and season 3 of that particular box set. I get home with this stuff and then she tells me i bought the wrong ones again LMAO!!!!
so this is what i did I wrapped them both up and he can take them back himself!!!

Posted: 12/23/2007 5:46:03 AM | Bad.....bad.....day. It may only be 7:30 am, but it's already looking like it's going to be a rough day. My CD Rom and my DVD burner have decided to act as one unit...the dvd burner is not registering on "my computer", but, when I click to "eject" both the cd rom and dvd burner open...WTF! And.....my sound card busted...so, now I have no sound on my computer......sigh.  This might take me a while to get fixed.....I guess it could be a whole lot worse. LMAO But, if this is any indication as to how my day is going to be.....I wanna go back to bed. lol | |

Posted: 1/1/2008 7:33:43 AM | Well....it may only be 9:30am, but it is starting out to be great day, for me. I, finally, had a terrific sleep...I haven't been sleeping very well, lately, so the sleep was very much needed. lol And I need to thank a good friend for her advice.....it worked!!
I woke up refreshed and feeling VERY good!  Now, I can lounge around the house, in my jammies, all day long 'cause I have no work to get done. ...or, I can work on some writing, if I feel like it, but, I can do it with a clear-head. So, This is definitely a GOOD day!!

Posted: 1/1/2008 3:06:31 PM | | Having a fantastic one laughing on msn with a good friend of mine about the simplicities of a certain species...Woke this morning not as refreshed as my dear ole Ren above as I had 2 extra kids last night , one of which was just over a year so worried about not hearing him ( seeing as mine are a few years older ) But had an uneventful New Years Eve, enjoyed not having to head out with the rush of folks...taking it easy this evening which makes it even better and going out for some wings at my favorite pub with a fantastic person I know...Ah, what a better start to the New Year can you ask for??? OH and found out my friend had her baby boy finally!!! New birth, new life, new future.....enjoy it folks.... | |

Posted: 1/3/2008 8:25:11 AM | It's a good one......I slept in and had a great sleep (which is unusual for me, the great sleep, not the sleeping in lol) I'm sipping my first coffee of the day and getting ready to do what has to be done......which is really not that much, so I can be a lazy, layabout for most of the day. YAY for me!! :smile:
Oh, and I'm happy to see that the forums have really picked up!! This is a VERY good thing to see. Way to go everyone! :applause: | |

Nothing like being woken up by friggin telemarketers trying to get you to sign up for, yet, another credit card! I need another piece of plastic like I need a new hole in my head. argggggg Also.....nothing like being woken up at 1 am with a phone call from your 19 yr old, who is at a bar.......sigh. I'm gonna be unplugging my phones before I go to bed from now on! lmao
Well.....off to see if I can find something to occupy myself with for the rest of the day.
