| workout songs Posted: 7/10/2006 8:44:45 PM | Wow...no punk???
WTF is wrong with you people???
That music...it's raw, pure and faster than anything, except maybe synthesized trance, dance, jungle, house, whatever that music is called...
Although I do like some Metal/Alternative in the mix, Metallica, Flybanger, Noise Therapy, Fozzy, Korn, Dark new day, cross fade...
Currently:
Pennywise NOFX Propaghandi Me first and the gimme gimme *smiles* love punk covers Offspring (Smash) MXPX Strungout Swindle
That music gets me jacked...I could do back flips until I broke my neck or something in my path...
Basically...everything around me becomes my mosh pit
Of course I try and focus my burst of energy to excersizing and not bouncing off the walls...thats part of the reason I prefer to workout at home in my own privacy...
Weeeeeeeeeeee...... | |

| workout songs Posted: 7/12/2006 4:17:34 PM | I use an ipod for the cardio workouts and ther right stuff makes the difference. Lately, when I do my 50 min. treadmill hell day, I listen to 'American Edit' by the Dj group Dean Gray. It is total bootleg but can be easily found and downloaded online. It is a track by track mash-up of Green Day's 'American Idiot' cd. Very high energy - check it out. | |
