Posted: 2/8/2005 10:37:10 PM | Valentines day can be quite the depressor at times, but I say quit the whining and do something about it send yourself flowers and write in the card an secret admirer, send your friends cute and silly valentine cards. Though if you're a guy and send your guy friends heart shaped cards that say I love you they might take it the wrong way. ;) But don't be down and depressed because someone isn't buying you something go out there and buy yourself something!

Works for us - we just don't take the whole thing too seriously, we give goofy gifts, have a nice meal, go for a walk, have some crazy sex and then make plans to see each other next year (provided we're both still single). | |

I was wondering if there is anywhere we can rent a guy for the day. Where he comes and pampers me silly and buys me gifts and things, I mean sure ill pay for him ahead of time, and be the one buying my own gifts and stuff, but i think its worth it if on V-day I get pampered and presents like every other happy chick in the world.
