Posted: 5/30/2006 9:43:57 AM | My mom had a breast reduction, she talked about it, my sister had one, and she keeps lying and saying she hasn't, sorry, watermelons do no become peaches overnight. Then she had them made bigger again, just not *as* big. My mom had that reaciton some women get when the body starts making belly fat, so she lost all her curves. I already have toomuch belly fat, but there's that reaction some women get when a tummy tuck of getting bigger breasts, help me, I'm scared....
I figure, for my 40th, if I haven't been talked into children, marriage and all that rot, I'll get my tummy made pretty again. I have great muscle tone, so I've already been told it should be a very simple procedure, just stretched skin and belly fat-darn babies anyway- I have a STUNNING gf, like me, she had a big baby belly during pregnancy, she complains that Freddy Krueger attacked her belly. But she wants to wait and see if she if she has any more kids. I said, NO fix it now!!! j/k it's easy to talk about, but really, it's hard to do.

We invited him out to the pub with us, and we forgot that he had never seen the new "her". she wasn't sure if he noticed, so she just plainly pointed to them and said, "So can you see I've had some work done?" If anything, it was a silence breaker. I myself wouldn't announce it, unless it was an awkward moment and it would ease everyone's discomfort. | |

Posted: 5/30/2006 7:54:24 PM | ~OP~ I don't think it's odd that she discussed it with you. My best friends are all men, I'm sure they cringe at some of the stuff I tell them. Breast augmentation isn't a private thing ~ she got them so people would notice them. What better way to have someone notice than to tell them outright? I took my two best girlfriends to get them done ~ believe me, I saw more ta tas than I wanted to see. Something about new boobs ~ they are like a new lease on life (for some!!)    | |

But if you had a 2nd nose attached to your cheek, you might just want to say the obvious assuming the other person has already noticed and was just being polite as not to mention it, but were thinking about it all the same. | |

Posted: 9/6/2008 1:58:58 AM | Actually, every single woman that has gotten a a boob job, has shown me them just on default.....one even grabbed my hands and said, "Here...Feel." and put my hand on her breast.....Now, I'm going to be honest, it was strange, weird, creepy, and HOT all at the same time. The same one that...made me grab her liked to show them to anyone who would look, she was proud of them, and that's the thing, they don't pay a few grand then cover them up...they like them and flaunt them.....of course this is just generalization.

The winter can also be pretty extreme. We always get a two week stretch in January that is around -40 C (same in Farenheit). So, plan your visit for July or August (and bring a rain hat). | |

I think that many of my American counterparts are still discovering what it is and what it means.
