This is like the Ballard years for me. Hope for the Leafs during the rgular season and anyone that beats the Habs in the playoffs as the leafs never made them that much under Ballard. :o) | |

PS - the whole Canada/America thing ... most American teams have a good chunk of Candian Players on them and vice-versa ... that being said, Canada is and hopefully always will be the Kings and Queens of the Ice
And regardless of what anyone ever says the 1972 Canada/Russia tournement will always be the most famous hockey event ever ... yes, I was born in 1976 and didn't see or watch it live, but I have watched the whole series a number of times and it still is better then oany hockey I've seen since!!! | |
