Posted: 5/1/2008 4:32:26 AM | | The Leafs, they arent in the playoffs, they didnt make it Paige didnt you get the news. Not looking good for my Hab`s though atleast they still have a chance. Was it just me or did Montreal look bad ? As a true Hab`s fan I can atleast say they played crappy instead of coming up with an excuse and they played crappy. Ohhhh well atleast I have my team to cheer for even if it`s only for one more game but I`ll keep my fingers crossed and hope they take Philly to seven. Watch out , I see people jumping on a bandwagon, better get your spot before the wagon is full , I see some on it already. Hab`s for life not just the regular season,,,, hahahahahahahahaha. | |

But all we can do is hope he gets experince and hope for next year, Now Iam not blaming the young man he did play well the team in front of him didnt . Its just alot of presure for a young man especially in Montreal

and in the end doesnt matter in the least that the Habs made the playoffs since they didnt go all the way

I mean really,even MLSE know enough to upgrade their goaltending, not diminish it ,esp for a playoff run.
They dumped salary to try and get Hossa,when the deal wasn't a done deal,and they got burned !

SO making the playoffs means nothing? That only the team who wins the cup is good? I think there are far too many other factors in play here. I don't think a single Habs fan really expected the habs to go all the way. Personally I was hoping for the Conference final with the Habs and Pens and was assuming the Pens would probably take it.
I think not only making the playoffs but also finishing first in the East does stand for something. Like it or not the Habs are a talented team (but yes there are other teams more talented)...and also a still quite young team. I'm disappointed we didn't go farther but I'm excited for the next few years which are looking promising for our Habs! | |
