I find I am attracted to heavier men. My husband was short and fat, and I absolutely thought he was the greatest! In answer to your question, absolutely yes, if he was as big on the inside as the outside and was warm, caring and intelligent.

Just a word of advice to moundpuppy and this is'nt meant in a disrespectful way, just tryin to help out.Eating one meal a day is the worst thing you can do for your body. The human body is designed to consume up to 6 meals a day spread over the entire day starting when you get up in the morning.Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.It kick starts your metabolism and helps you burn fat. These meals should be small and the fact that there are 6 meals is supposed to keep you away from the munchies between meals. After dinner(at around 5pm) nothing should be consumed til breakfast the following morning.Drink lots of water.Get lots of excercise.Have patience.good luck.

Bun, are you overweight?? I love these people who come on here and say how easy it is to lose weight! Well, it's not! and it's so easy to tell an overweight person what they should be doing, but isn't it more important that the person just feel good about his or her own self?

well Bunomatic none taken and I know all about the six meals a day and small meals. Now so you know I have tried it and thats when I went to 353 pounds. I followed a strick diet the doctor placed me on and gained weight. Now during this time I also aquired diabeties due to the weight problem. I had a stroke during the same time frame. I have asthma that is also stress related as well as health related. Due to the stroke I had addition problems that played an effect on my body from the stroke and diabeties together. Now the doctor could not figure out what was happening to me and why I was gaining on the strick diet I was on. So I went on my own diet and in 14 months I lost from 353 to 232 pounds, Then in the last month and a half I have went to 220 that I am at now. Now the doctor has told me that what ever I was doing was making my blood sugar levels read better than any that he had seen with someone that had diabeties like I had had. when I found out I had diabeties i hit 758 on the blood sugar count. Now if you know anything of this you will know that that is coma and stroke range. I walked into the ER and I walked out three hours later. Blood sugars at 110. I don't care what anyone says and I don't mind them telling me of what I should do for I know I have to drink water a lot for the diabeties. But I also know how my body reacts to food. I know how I gain and I refuse to eat the way others say I should, for I feel I refuse to resort to taking a needle everyday of my life to live. and I also know that the stats for someone with diabeties that doesn't take care of themselves is an estimated five years. I plan on living longer. Now no problem on your telling me of the small six meals been there and done it. Now with Diabeties I am suppose to have a snack between meals according to the doctor handling my diabeties. If I did this I would gain weight. Oh and another thing at 5:30 in the evening I am still working. I work from 7 am to anywhere between 8 and 10:30 in the evening. do the math. This is six and sometimes seven days a week. I walk continious while I am working on both jobs. Excerise I get plenty of. Now before I leave the school I work at in the evening I take 45 minutes to work out in the gym. this is every night I am there. My body is so use to moving and walking and the stuff I do that the weights are hard to work on me. They work but it takes more than I want to push at that time of the night. So I do it in moderation and tone as I go rather than push to the limit to produce.

Ok....let's get this straight. Men, like women, come in all shapes and sizes. No, I don't want a guy who's belly hangs to his knees, but there's a woman out there somewhere who would. However, guys, you're the same. It's the nature of the human beast and the power of reproduction. However, one of my favorite ex's, physically anyway, was 6'4 and 350. BIG guy and I loved it. I felt dwarfed and protected, granted, he was a defensive tackle, so it was a lot of muscle, but still. As a woman, we like big guys. I've dated, slender, short, tall, fluffy, it doesn't matter. So as far as that goes, I've put my money where my mouth went. I've even dated guys that were shorter than me and outweighed me by at least 75 lbs. It's the person that matters. Yes, you have to be sexually and physically attracted to another person to make a relationship work, but you also have to be emotionally, spiritually, and mentally attracted to. To those of you who instantly refuse someone strictly due to the outside...you're gonna get stuck with (if you're a guy) a skinny, snotty, self-absorb witch more than likely, and snubs to you for it, you got what you deserved. Goes both ways though, if your guy spends more time in the gym than with you and more time primping in the mirror than a 15 year old adolscent girl, you picked him for it and again, got what you deserve.

Hell yeah I would. It doesn't matter what a guy weighs or what he looks like as long as he has a good heart and mind then that's all you need. I cannot stand guys who think they are the shit because most of them are very shallow people who only care about themselves and no one else!

I believe there are more women willing to date an overweight man than there are men willing to date overweight women.

I've actually seen on men's ads "No fatties please!" but I've never seen such a thing on a woman's ad.

I molest men,
I too have seen that on profiles, although I do not enjoy reading "No Fatties", I can appreciate their decisions.
Some people do not like fat! We are all attracted to certain characteristics, myself, BBB (big bald and beautiful). I find facial hair on men very attractive.....some women do not. Body size is the same thing..some like meat some don't....

How many feel they are LARGLY ignored by the ladies on this site?

That's a BIG FAT, .....hell no!......not me.

LOL! ....."figured" ..... I had to completely redo my profile to stop inquiries, because I'm in a commited relationship with a babe from POF, .....smart one too.

She's on this page.

I now have a huge hang up about those hangy bellies called 'fat aprons' and those big jiggly stick out tummies that you have to shrink by to get down narrow passage ways. The now ex used to put deoderant in the folds because he was too lazy to bath. Ever tasted deoderate? Disgusting. He was the most lazy and slovenly man I have ever seen, I think people like him give people who are weighty a bad image. I still like guys with a little extra meat on them (stocky, lil chubby). They look more masculine than the guys with the feminine frames and little bicycle bottoms so many seem to favour... Besides, a chubby man will keep an predatory bear busier longer than a scrawny mouthful any day...

I would rather date a larger man than someone that is stacked with muscles...To dream and fantasized about hell ya...but back in reality larger men are softer and more comfortable to lay on...instead of laying on a stack of bricks...

I have had both...I'm a big girl..I like the extra padding.

I have dated several "heavy" guys. In fact, the first guy I dated after my divorce was heavy. He was smart, sensitive, treated me like a queen, creative and not at all bad looking. I didn't care about his weight, but he did. While the relationship didn't turn into a marriage or long-term live in or anything (did last 1 1/2 years though), he made me feel attractive and sexy--helped me make the transition from being an old married lady to a single dating woman again. Like several of the ladies have said, I prefer a guy who is just a little chubby--I don't like the model perfect guys--I want someone I can relax around. After all, what woman wants a man who is prettier than they are?

(hand reaches over) Huh? ooh..uh...no we wouldn't.

Depends on the lady I suppose. I dunno...I've met very, very, very few ladies that would. But I think many of them (skinny and average sized) more then likely wouldn't. Mainly because we're too big and nice....and we steal chocolate.
