I've had it where I was sitting next to a S.O. and she and I were watching a movie - My focus was all into the movie - she could have been wearing the hottest little Victoria's Secret number, but I'm totally 100% into the movie.
Se we finish the movie - and then I'd turn to her and start checking her out - start touching a bit and BOING suddenly I'm sporting wood. It's all about what I'm focusing on. I just can't get down AND watch the movie at the same time - sorry - doesn't work like that for me anyway.
Yeah, I'd say it's perfectly normal. I also believe there's a correlation between you making advances on her also. I've had women make advances on me and did not get up - until I started returning those advances and getting more into things. It's like the body just *knows* what's going on and where my focus and attention are at.
