Posted: 4/9/2006 11:56:13 PM | | I have thought of doing this before and sometime I would like to. Maybe the Toronto Island nude beach... I have researched the subject somewhat. It is NOT what everyone thinks...it's not a big orgy. Yes you will see some older people or some people you might not find physically attractive. So what? That's not what it is about. It's not like other beaches, where it's sometimes all about looking good and checking out the opposite sex(or same if that is your thing!). It's a place where people of all ages, and all body types can just relax and enjoy the sun, sand, and water...all over their bodies. Even people with the most perfect bodies have flaws, or things about themselves they don't like. We're all just people. Some of us are bigger then others, some of us are skinny, some tall, some short, etc, etc, etc. Every guy has a penis, every woman has a vagina. Some are big, some are small, whatever. People are people, and we are all different. This world would be pretty boring if we all looked the same. I find it funny the way nudity is still soo taboo to some. I don't get it. We all have these parts, what is the big deal? Bathing suits actually do more to excentuate the things we are trying to hide ironically enough...When everyone is naked I think people are generally more comfortable. You see that like you, everyone has flaws. No one is perfect. It helps with body acceptance for sure. That's also why you see more older people. As people mature they care less about their physical appearence in some ways(less insecure), you get more comfortable with yourself. You realize everyone has these private parts, and it's no big deal, and that everyone has a different looking body. | |

Posted: 8/1/2006 6:11:21 PM | A friend of mine went with me to the Clothing Optional Beach at Hanlan's Point.
We were clothed and just curious to see what it would be like. It amazed me to see how comfortable people were just walking around and chatting to one another completely nude. There was also this extremely large (I mean in regards to weight) gentleman with no care in the world. I thought it was great I found myself feeling silly that I'm more bashful.
The only thing I did not like was the men who came around leering and waiting to see if we would get undressed. That was a bit creepy. There was also a man who wanted us to take his photo and rub suntan lotion on him and that was a bit much for me as well.
All and all an interesting experience but I wouldn't become a regular. | |

Posted: 8/12/2006 10:11:50 AM | I grew up in a nudist park lived there for 25 years. my parents still live there and i go there at least once a month to visit them or go swimming or hot tubbing. its no big deal i have seen people from the age of 1 right up to 80 something nude and most people just act like they do in the outside world....although with much more respect nudists are totally different people its a mind set most are european where its common practice to see nudity almost anywhere. from tv to out on the street. I think nudism is the best way to live and if i could get away with living that way 24/7 i would without a doubt.  | |

Then again im a nudist/exihibionshist, so of course im gonna enjoy it lol. But I highly recomened it, it is a great way to cure any self consiousness you might have. No one usually judges you and it just feels great! | |

Set up a campsite & stay awhile :-)
For the younger crowd, finding a place where sports like volleyball are popular is a good idea.
Or chase the volleyball circuit :-)

I go to beaches on Long island a lot . . .its hot here may thru September . . . . Juene July and August are the best times for topless sunbathing. | |

If you go to meetup.com you can find a free online group that caters to ppl that simply want to go to naked beaches and resorts. (:
I find so many ppl pick there bodies apart, which stops them from participating in nudist activites. The human body is a masterpiece, all are beautiful. | |
