| do girls/woman want a man who s exciting or over caring and boring? Posted: 6/22/2008 7:00:16 PM | Too many nice men make the tragic mistake of focusing on 'caring and sensitive', almost to the point of turning it into a wet blanket. Anyway, what's wrong with making the effort to do something exciting? I'm not by any means saying it's wrong to be quieter and trying to be helpful. I personally WANT 'nice', not 'jerk', and I've had jerks so I know the difference. No thanks.
The one I'm fond of these days is very nice indeed.
What he does, tho', to keep me from thinking he's boring, is he maintains a sense of 'YET'. Nothing is ever completely NOW. There's always something to look forward to, and I find myself thrilled to know I'll be seeing him soon. He manages to keep things just suspenseful enough that I'm never bored, and as he keeps enjoying my company, I've caught onto the idea that leaving something for later is the best way to stoke the flame in an ongoing way.
Think "NEXT" and "YET". It doesn't mean nothing can be shared in the present, but find a way to suggest something worth anticipating, and watch 'caring and sensitive' become fun and intriguing! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Oh, and watch the advice-giving: sometimes a lady just wants to vent. | |
