Wigan sign the Catalans half back. That could make a difference to the stuff Orr/Moran come up with. Plus we'll give Cas another stuffing this weekend.

Still looking dire for the pies though

Sad to say, but it looks like Wigan aren't going down...this season. Trust them to spoil the season for me.

An excellent performance by GB against the Aussies last Saturday, which was spolit only by the BBC giving out the wrong kick-off time on Ceefux.

I thought Mason was lucky not to get sent off.

Yeah GB went from Roosters to feather dusters in a space of a week there. Also what a cracker of a game the Final was.

Also noticed that there's a few Brits posting on this thread. How many NRL matches do you guys see on Sky over there?

We did get two games a week, one live on saturday morning, and one "as live" on a sunday morning, but Sky have dropped the covereage as of the Grand Final. I think it's been picked up by another broadcaster called Setana, but that costs another £15 a month, which no way am I paying, so it's just Superleague and watching my local amatuer team from now on.

MSG 72 Eternal bridesmaids? I thought they won the title two years ago?

That's hardly bridesmaid material.

Well we'll get to see both Wigan & Warrington on TV from the pie dome tonight. I think Warrington may upset Wigan here as they are far better in the centres & the pack. Plus both the two pie half backs will still have to get some game time to gel.

Bridge & Briers have played well last year & in the pre-season.
