Posted: 2/19/2007 3:08:39 AM | I'm putting weight on, naturally 12 stone but been on some Protein powder that a body builder at my gym advised me to take. Have 2 scoops of powder in 1 pint of semi skimmed milk, 3 times per day and I've put 1/2 a stone on in 6 days. I train 4/5 times a week but don't eat the right food/enough so this will build me up. Trying to put 1 1/2 stone on for the summer.
Msg 9, looked at your profile and you are stunning. What football team do you follow? If it is Sheff Utd I hope they stay up cause we have taken 4 points of them already this season.

so another stone down and some ....
I used to be 210 after my accident which I hated...im 6ft by the way
I guess ill have to just start eating lol...... | |

I had a skinny boyfriend, he was skinny with his wallet too the freak!! Seriously though nightime was worse cuddling upto him and all his bones .. Noooo Thanks .. i want a man who EATS !!! Also im a lady that can eat, im lucky in my weight compared to what i eat but i cant be doing with the fact i have out eaten a man ... now call me sexist but thats just wrong, especially when im only 5ft and petite frame HeHe
