Grahame? 5 goals in 20 shots? UGH!!! Lecavalier, you bum! Get your ass kicked by Chara?!! UGH! Okay, I've vented. Who thinks Detroit got robbed in 1st OT? Oh well. I was pulling for the Oil as Chelios is a bum. Okay. Here are the standings for our predictions game. I know no one can really guess outcomes, it's all really just in good fun. Anyone can join along at anytime. Oh yeah, and if you get the score right as well, an extra 5 points for you! If you get the round right, an extra 5 points for you! Another 5 points for getting the correct number of games within the round! Yikes! This is getting complicated! Anyway:
Funny how we all guessed Tampa to win and they got their ass kicked! Funny also how I was the only one to pick Calgary to win (Flame-roasted Duck anyone?):

Q: Not only did you call the Philly/Buffalo game but you also got the scores right! You also correctly called the Dallas/Colorado game, got the scores right and correctly called overtime! Are you amazing or what? 2 points for correct teams + 10 points for correct scores + 1 point for correct OT on top of it = 13 points
Chief: You too are amazing! Correctly called 3 games. Scores were off but the Philly/Buffalo game was close. 3 points
Brian: Correctly called the NJ game and called OT for the Dallas/Colorado game but wrong scores. 1 point

Carolina will lose to Montreal and then Montreal will get crushed by Ottawa. Calgary will lose in the finals but will still be the dream team. The final game against Colorado and Ottawa is anyone’s guess though. Canadians teams will be well represented though this time around. | |

Obviously, he does not care to win. OK, I guess the Sens have got this one. *sigh* No way Tampa will take 3 games in a row! Pathetic! Thanks to everyone who actually had some faith in this team and picked them to win (which was everyone but me!). *sigh* On the other note, I think almost everyone called the Sharks/Preds game!
Riot: This is a surprise! I called 3 games (only because of my "joke" guess for Ottawa kicking on the Lightning!). Almost got the score for the Det/Edm game. 3 points
Brian: Correctly got the Det/Edm game (and almost got the scores right) and correctly got the Ana/Cal game, correct score and called OT! Way to go! 2 points+ 5 points (for correct score) + 1 point (for correctly calling OT) = 8 points
Q: Got the Ana/Cal and SJ/Nash games = 2 points
Chief: Got the Det/Edm and Ana/Cal games = 2 points

No striking oil last nite in Edmonton but Detroit sure did by now making it a best of 3. for Edmonton & for Detroit.
I'm sure the Calgary fans had their BBQ'ers on high flame last nite going into overtime but have to wait another day to enjoy such a delicate dish in roasted duck! for letting their fans get high hopes up & for the quack attack making it so.
