Montreal/Boston - did open up, but it was the wrong team winning. Price looked very bad here and you have to wonder if the pressure is starting to get to him.
Washington/Philly- I actually deserted the very boring Habs game tonight to watch this midway through. Best game of the playoffs so far. I'm not one to constantly diss officiating like others, but Washington got jipped at the end of the 3rd when Kozlov got called for goalie interference, despite being pushed by the Philly player. You have to feel bad for Huet as well, making spectacular save after save. Not shockingly, the Philly media picked all 3 Flyer players as stars.
Colorado/Minnesota. How Colorado won this is beyond me. Jose Theodore is having a remarkable turnaround and is the sole reason they won tonight.
San Jose/Calgary. Unfolded pretty much how I expected, despite the Flames getting a late push in the 3rd. Didn't really watch this one though.
Dallas/Anaheim. As an Oilers fan, I couldn't be happier than the series is unfolding like it is. I couldn't watch any of this one because Dallas home games are unbearable to watch because of the insanely low camera angle. | |
