| What was / is your fav. cult movie? Posted: 6/4/2006 10:50:52 AM | I adore anything showcasing post-apocalyptic-insects-gone-wrong and heros who wear ill-fitting trousers. It doesn't hurt if a young-ugly Malcolm McDowell is anywhere nearby, either...
My faves:
1. The Angry Red Planet 2. If / O Lucky Man 3. Barbarella 4. The Black Hole 5. Polyester 6. Tarantula (1955) 7. The Blob (1958) 8. Tank Girl 9. Maximum Overdrive 10. Shivers
Long live obscurity! | |

I could watch that sequence anytime.

Lots of great cult classics that have been mentioned on here...some I agree with, some I don't. Their movies we tend to suspend our disbelief and enjoy the ride they bring.
But I'll add a few more....
Rock and Rule Akira UHF The Omega Man The Black Hole The Adventures Of Buckaroo Banzai Across The 8th Dimension Sphere Living in Oblivion Hackers Brazil

| What was / is your fav. cult movie? Posted: 9/10/2007 6:05:44 PM | Cultish in it's own way, a Jack Nicholson classic, and a young Danny Divito . One Flew over the Cuckoos Nest.
Other standards for me are Easy Rider (1969), On Any Sunday (1970) A Clockwork Orange, Goodfellas, The Godfather etc..
