Actually i reckon you probably stand alot higher chance of catching STD'S from young grls today because just from reading this board alone so many seem very un-educated when it comes to safe sex.......
Society has changed alot just over the last twenty yrs. More young people having sex at a very very young age.......Teenage pregnancy is very high today,alot of Unwanted ones at that. so right there that tells you the majority is unprotected sex. Date rapes, You name it......So to say you are less likely to come into contact with a STD..because she is a younger female....Is just plain nonsence | |

Posted: 4/24/2006 8:23:53 PM | ^^excellent post blonde amazon:)sarav~First of all Im a tad more concerned about these young teen womens emotional health who are being sexually exploited at a young age.As I said in a previous post,the actual median age when a persons brain reaches an adult decision making level of maturtiy is 25.Therefore,I believe a lot of these young women will one day look back and regret the decisions they have made.How can it not wreak havoc on a womans self worth to have men she doesnt even know viewing her as a sex object day in and day out when she is just a teen?We all know men are visual and like looking at beautiful women.That is a no brainer.(As I stated on the previous page)The original question is why teen girls get involved in the industry in the first place.. | |

Anytime anyone is being exploited as these teens are,I cant stand by and say nothing even if this is merely a public forum.If more of these teen girls were offered mentors,counseling and possibly job training or college scholarships their self esteem would go up and maybe they would want something better for themselves.Im not judging anyone that is involved in the industry....(my heart goes out to these young women)..Im merely saying perhaps there is a better way:) | |

It is solely the simple fact that no matter Where you look....Or what you see.....Everything has to do with Sex! Almost everything you see on a commercial utilizes the Young Sexy Woman as a sales tactic.
So it isn't Hard to see why it is that these young woman would be so easily be drawn to using Only their Appearence as an asset....Point being.....You don't see them as Human Beings anymore.....Like you said.....Yous see them as Commodities!!! Sad...... | |

Posted: 4/24/2006 8:55:02 PM | Most women get involved in this industry cause they have low self esteem and "Daddy" issues from what I can gather. Their dads never gave them enough attention(or too much of the wrong kind if you catch my drift), or were never around to begin with, and this is the way they get attention from men to compensate for it. Once the good money starts coming in too, it's hard to quit.
I never really thought much about it, till an X started doing some amature stripping. I didn't think I'd care, or would be okay with it, but I definitely wasn't. As a guy you don't really think about stuff like that when going to a strip club, that all these girls are someones daughter, sister, etc. When someone you actually care about starts to get involved, it can really change your perseption. I don't enjoy the clubs as much now, cause I always think of her when I go. Don't get me wrong, I still go, and I still enjoy them for what they are, it's just sad I guess in a way that so many women take the easy way out, cause you know MOST aren't happy doing it...why do you think they all get liqoured up or snort coke before they go on stage hmmm? | |

Posted: 4/24/2006 8:58:01 PM | | ^Juggernaut~I agree with you that for women to break through the glass ceiling it does take a nice body and youthful face....However,in order for women to have a breakthrough and realize their true self worth it requires an education,possibly counseling and realizing their true inherent value isnt based on whether or not their cup size turns someone else on.Im not a feminist nor do I think sexuality is a bad thing...I enjoy looking nice and being appreciated as much as the next woman.However, the topic of this thread is as I stated above.When young girls are being overly exploited and sexualized its time for people to step up to the plate and at least make an effort to try and do something to change the situation.I wanted to add a comment to the above poster..^^.Bigdadda~Even women with "daddy issues" as you put it can one day learn that its their fathers who didnt have the capacity to love them and not that they as women werent worthy of love.The more a person male or female does positive things to change their lives the more their self worth skyrocketsIts very hard for a person who has a healthy self esteem to get involved in a career at a young age that would demoralize them in any fashion.. | |
