Posted: 4/28/2006 4:03:03 PM | yeah we are a pretty good team.... would have been better to win the 4th prem in a row.. damn bloody port... that match honestly made the supporters even more feral then collingwoods...  but then collingwoods supporters havent spat on lions supporters coz we kicked their butt at their home ground....
i think we just have to get into our groove again... had alot of injuries over preseason.... but then... i think we would do a hell of alot better if keating wasnt in there... for now 7years or so... he has sat out more games due to injury then any other team member.... but then brennan missed first 2 years... but hopefully... hes in for the long haul this year...brownie is still recovering...but then he shouldnt have been running a few days after surgery... busted him big time going past my place.... and if aka looked where he was going whilst running over the road.. he wouldnt be able to run away from the marked man so fast....lol...

it has been a long time between drinks we have only made the finals twice since 1982,,and theres a top 8..which hasnt always ben there ...but then again there wasnt always 16 clubs | |

i had totally freaked out little stevie lawerance in 2002... i went to a match when i was a heaverily 9months pregnant...stevie had left to go to st kilda that year... it was his first exhome game... everyone was picking on him coz he was a right old prickle.... he was right infront of us.. as our seats have always been 4th row just inside the 50m line...(before they moved the posts which makes them 25m now)... anyways.. stevie was right in front of us.. it was dead silence... i stood up... and said stevie ya wanka... remember me 9months ago... everyone looked at me even the players that were near and pissed themselves.. as they too were giving him a hard time for what he had done at and to the club....  im glad to say... the lions won that game... | |

Posted: 5/13/2006 4:39:58 AM | | stevie deserved it.... he was not a good man... always on the piss... very abusive.... i remember one morning... clubs were shutting so it was about 5:30am... i saw jack sitting down in tears coz rex hunt had picked on him about his hair that day on his show... poor jack got it cut coz of what was said... and rex still picked on him.... he was very upset.. ya have to remember jack was just 18years old then and first year in pro league... knotting came up to me and said nice tits.. stevie was phone his gf telling her to wake up and get into town to pick him up... mind you they lived down the coast... she was refusing and telling him to get a cab.. hes abusing her for not doing what he was telling her to do...he was going right off.. told her it was over to get out of his house but after she picked him up....jack had enough pulled some guy over that was driving and asked to take him home... a total stranger... lol... but stevie was just plain mean... at ooggs and pumpkins pub... i remember talking to beau.. coz he was always stepping on my feet and buyng me drinks to make up for it... lol.. i saw stevie have a slash in knotting beer when knotting was at the loo.... didnt even tell him what he had done... i took the drink off knotting and said get him to buy ya a real one..... so what i did was well deserved.... | |

Posted: 5/13/2006 4:59:40 AM | aka wont be out until his contract is over.... they have always had problems with him as he is very outspoken... which leigh respects, they mighten talk.. but aka resepcts lambert and that is who he talks to on the coaching team...... hopefully this weeks bench will pull everyone into gear... as leigh has lost control over the boys.... as i know he will not put players out of a contract... coz i know how bad the scott brothers were until they pulled their heads in on the field....they were very physical the last couple of years and leigh did pull them from play to pull their heads in....
i wont even tell you what stevie did on poor blacks 21st... im still pissed at that .. and that was 6years ago... from what i have heard... stevie isnt allowed to play any league ever again....
