Okay BabyBlues - Here is a question for you, you meet a guy, you hang out, you really like the guy, he has a great sense of humor, great personality, likes the music you do, gets out and dances like crazy, polite and courteous to you, dreamy lips and kiss... And you find yourself thinking about him all the time, Can't wait til you get to see him again....
THEN you find out... well you have thought all along he was maybe 24 25 26 or so, but in the course of some discussion... oopps... he is 35... Now what? HE has not changed... his personality did not alter, nor his sense of humore, nor a single thing about him..
Gonna run? What Changed? How is HE different? (I am assuing that you never asked... so no lies involved...) Think about it before you answer... (I ask, cause this happened to me not too long ago... )

My own opinion is that a similar age range gives us some common reference points to build on. With a person more my age, I can discuss different topics and know the person understands what I'm talking about, rather than have to play "catch up". I can get along with people of any age, but prefer dating someone more my age.
Now as far as us older folks being "geezers", like some other posts have mentioned, you all should remember we were rock and rolling long before you, in fact, we invented it :) A lot of you younger folks culture came about because we were the teenagers that belonged to one of the most rebellious generations, laying the foundation for you to build on.  | |

As for your ... um... off color comments, no, or at least not in my case. I choose to be around people whose company I enjoy. Period. 25, 35, 45, 55.. If I enjoy their company, and we have fun... Don't care. As for romantic entanglements... well that too would depend on the person....
As for your other Hypothetical, that is illegal, and a 13-15 is too young to be dating anyway... way too young,,,,
