its only illeagal if you d/l and use it for distrabution...i use it for personal use..the law also only applies to bands that are under the RIAA..most of the music i listen to, if not all..isnt supported nor do they support the RIAA..im actually boycotting them..they rip mass amounts of money off the bands..if the band post it on there site so people can hear it..that makes it perfectly leagal..
im more for the band then the records sales..bands make most of there money touring and promoting themselves.. | |
