| Anyone from Queensland Australia?? Posted: 12/25/2007 8:35:13 PM | Who took the bloody pineapple??????????? I thought it was still there,,, is it not????
You cannot imagine my relief when somebody told me it was still there. Just closed for a while as it changed hands. New and improved even, again. Truly a Queensland icon that I wish could stay exactly the same as it was when I was about 9 and just loved everything about the place.

| Anyone from Queensland Australia?? Posted: 12/25/2007 8:43:44 PM | ^^Yep nothing quite as exciting as spending the day climbing up the inside of a huge pineapple and doing endless circuits sitting in the nut-mobile!!! | |

| Anyone from Queensland Australia?? Posted: 12/25/2007 11:52:37 PM | | ^^^Well it would be nice if it re-opened with a wave pool and a couple of rollercoasters. Don't see why all that stuff is down the Gold Coast. It's not like they deserve it or anything. | |

| Anyone from Queensland Australia?? Posted: 12/26/2007 1:20:05 AM | ^^ I'll wait for you two to get back from your nut mobile rides and rollercoasters in the bit where they serve those piled up strawberry sundaes with icecream and cream and topping. Love living in Qld. | |

| Anyone from Queensland Australia?? Posted: 12/26/2007 1:54:41 AM | mmmmm Its the macadamia nut sundae for me. The ice cream, caramel sauce, cream, macadamia nuts and the wafer to top it all off.
What memories eating those brings back

Truly a remarkable feat of architecture. And the land around it is used for locals to chuck donuts on.

Of course you all realise that this explains Brisbane's recent inclement weather. The rain clouds always go on holidays with CC, even to sunny ol' Brisbane.

| Anyone from Queensland Australia?? Posted: 1/6/2008 1:23:16 AM | Yep that's me - and I just saw the Brisbane forecast. Sunny again next Saturday. I fly out Friday night.
OK, so.... who's still got a drought on? $1000 a day + expenses and my weather services are all yours.
