I was married for 22 Years and now it is over. I spent spent last year trying to make it work.
I spent a lot time and effort to make it work. So now I am going to take that time and afford and make it work with someone new. so maybe I am looking for support from other that jumped out of boat and into the pond. where it is a little cold and maybe forgot how to swim. I have been called Superman or I should say SuperHugh , but I am not a supperman I am just man. I care about others. I feel there pain, I share my Happiness.
right now I am at a loss of words. because this action

I have 23 yrs. old son not living with me. When time permits I like to do fun things such as going places near by like to the beach, the movies, or just relax since the job keeps me very busy.

I have been chatting for a number of weeks with a girl from PA. and may find a way to go say hello but its a tough call without really knowing someone alot better. I would suggest alot of phone calls and a pretty good idea there is a huge common interest before going to the land of cheese! Just my two cents Bud!

I am a newbie on this site. My friends and kids have told me to "get out and have some fun" so here I am...  Is it just me, or does it seem very strange to have ones grown children tell you to "have fun you deserve it.."?? So here I am.
I am a night person. I work nights, even on my nights off I find myself still awake until wee hrs of the morning. This is a big problem for most men that I have the pleasue to meet. So I guess its me and teh computer (for now anyway). | |

I used to blog on another site where I got to know tons of people, but now I'm just a little fish in the sea here, , posting comments once in a Blue Moon... and I don't know many here at all. But, really, I'm just on POF to make some friends, go out on some dates, and if I'm really, really lucky, to be caught by the perfect fisherman! I'm a guy living in Belmont Shore, California, which is a small beach town within the Long Beach area.
Cycling, running on the soft sand at the beach, enjoying good food and wine, learning about other cultures, traveling, watching live music at a restaurant such as Spaghettini in Seal Beach, working on my computer, designing websites with RockYourSite .com (my company), and many other activities that I've listed on my main profile are what I enjoy.
This site has a lot to offer - the Forums are very informative, and I hope to meet some of the good people that have also found this site to be good place to talk with potential friends.

Posted: 2/21/2008 10:46:34 PM | HI..I am new to this site, and I wanted to post my introduction much sooner, but apparently one must wait exalty 3 days to do so according to POF rules.
This site was suggested to me about 6 months ago from a dear friend I met on another site, and it took this long for me to check this site out and I am glad I finally did.
I have received quite a few emails and from many very quailty women in such a short time, and I admit I am very picky and surprised this site had so many nice people on it. I have already found a few worth learning more about in just a short time. I am sort of a different sort of individual in that I am a die hard romantic. Romantic is more than just about a relationship with the opposite sex, but a romantic in terms of the way we look at life, and what God has given us. I tend to enterain a lot of hobbies and they keep me quite busy, but found that I am missing someone to share this wonderful life/ world with. Hence I am here and just want to say hi to all and am impressed with this site so far. WEll...enough said and just wanted to say hi and hope all are finding the same excitement and optimism of finding that special person that I seem to have stumbled upon.
