I am 38 and divorced for about 1 year after a wonderful 20 year marriage.
I have a 17 y/o wonderful daughter that lives with me. And I think I am the youngest grandfather in the area to a beautiful 18 month girl.
I am 100% loving and romantic family man. I like to go out with the family on weekends to do anything we can find, putt putt, bowling, parks, camping ect... ussally we always do something new. I even tried to golf a few weeks ago. That was fun. We did not play much golf but racing on the carts with my daughter was fun. lol

Not a forceful person either. That tends to be a drawback sometimes. Being a smoker is also a drawback. But, I'm happy with myself and I think that is what is most important. Just not happy that I don't have many if any female friends here. | |

I'm Charlie (all female) born on the 4th of July! Can't get more patriotic than that. Raised in Tampa, Florida, now live just south of Daytona and very near the Space Center.

I was fairly serious when I first joined POF a few weeks ago, but now after reading a lot of what's been written, I realize that no one really is all that serious about anything. 
Love the forums, although I think that I must be in the minority, age-wise, but don't really care. Frankly, it is just plain fun and that suits me just fine. Sometimes the posts are informative and sometimes not, and then there are the times when I gotta go find the forum barf bag. Lots of BS going on here and I find myself laughing out loud every time I sign on.
Lots of Canadian guys posting. Wow! Makes me want to retire north or to Houston. | |
