| Why do men avoid your messages?

My name is Jeri, I am 47years young and have been on this site for a while now. I really haven't had any luck and this is suppose to be the place to meet. I send messages to men and they do not respond. What is up with that? At least they could say thanks and let you know they read your message.
I am a very independent woman that works in corrections, I own my home and have two grown children. I am also a harley chic, I ride my own and love it. I just want to find someone that enjoys life and all it has to give. I am not a vane person and I am finding that alot must be on this site. Imagine that at this age..LOL
