POF feels a lot more comfortable and I don't feel the pressure of needing something to happen to make me feel like my time was well spent. I am looking to meet more people that are not related to what I do for my career. I'm a little reserved around new people (another opportunity I hope to overcome.) I'm also finding it a little difficult to meet people within my own age group. Always seems like they're still in their early to mid twenties or are already moving on to being close to their forties. I'm Katy, I've been out here in Las Vegas for 6 years (almost). I moved out from Michigan in 2002, and, while I'd much rather be somewhere where the summer temperatures aren't in the 4 diget range, it ain't too bad! I feel like I've tried every dating scheme on the planet to find someone I'd like to hang out with more than once or twice that reciprocates, but I believe that it's just because I haven't met the right person yet. People say it's impossible to find "real" people in Vegas, but if everyone is saying that, who's supposed to be real?
Hey, if you like Anime, or like to go see goofy movies, I'm your buddy. Hit me up, we'll be dorks together. I'm easy going, and unless it's a massive crowd where everyone's pushing, or making me walk along a 2" cliff with a 4000' drop, or snorting something up my nose, I'm game for anything! | |

I just moved to vegas 2 months ago from ohio and the place where I learned to line dance did not cater to couple dancers due to the fact that most that came in there danced on a tourtament curcit so they did not drink much there for the club did not make money off of them so they were pushed out. Hence I did not learn very many couple dances. I find most of the ladies that aproch me like to 2 step which is not a strong suit of mine. I am a very solid line dancer which tends to draw many ladies to me on the dance floor but then the 2 step comes up and I fail the test. I find it hard to learn off ppl at the different clubs out here because everyone is from somewhere else and no one does it the same. lol. I tend to spend a lot of my weekends at Toby Keiths bar cause I like it better when you don't have 9000 people trying to run you down on the floor at once. So if anyone is up to the task please approch me out there, I'll be happy for the help. | |

Just looking for a friend, activity partner, maybe LTR. I look for honesty more than anything and someone who's not afraid to communicate honestly.
