Posted: 2/22/2007 10:22:58 AM | Before anything is said about myself, let's just clear up the confusion as to how I got the name CreepyOldMan.
I drive a truck for a living. One day last summer, my partner and I were going through a small town in Indiana, near Muncie. I spotted two very nice looking young ladies walking across the street. So I tooted the air horn trying to attract some attention. As soon as they turned around, I noticed that they were no older than 14 or 15 years of age. I wanted to sink into my seat! My partner looked at me in disbelief, shook his head and called me a creepy old man. It was an honest mistake, but the name just stuck.
But anyway, my name is Vince, and I've been a part of "Columbus POF" for about six months now. I've met a whole bunch of really neat people, and just a couple of buttheads. We have a great time shooting pool, throwing darts, singing karaoke, dancing, and just whooping it up. I wish I would have met this group a long time ago!
So if you're a newbie, drag yourself out to a "POF" event near you. I promise that you will be welcomed into the group with open arms. I was skeptical at first, but now I'm glad I did it.

PS. With all of the fish swimming in the sea, don't get stuck with the fish that are flopping on the beach!

I'm a 43 year old single, divorced guy currently unemployed due to a Disability and comfortably loving it!! My Disability is MS by the way. I still walk, but terribly!!
I love, absolutely love Baseball, and travelling, and last year finally found an easy way in Wrigley Field. It's tricky, but entirely legal!!
Hey, I'm all about being honest, so there you go!!
Not working gets mundane on occasion, but to hell with rushing around, getting stressed
and "never making enough money"!! Just isn't worth it!!
I spent so many years trying to find out exactly what I wanted to do, and always trying to make more money and now, all those things have taken a back seat to my Health and Daughter, and other important stuff like that!!
Honestly, I am again slaving away at being able to start a Business and do it properly under the Social Security's Radar. It's a great idea. I'd love to talk about THAT idea as well as meet some exciting new female friends!! It's been a LONG time for me and I think I am READY!! | |

iam a mom of 3 daughters and 1 son he lives in cincinnatti....... Iam divorced since july of 06.
i have lived on ohio all my life. iam a quiet person. caring, i feel things very deeply.... iam a christian. i have been on this site since early summer and i have been dating. i would like to make more friends..... i love dogs, and horses........ walks, swimming, music.....etc....

| Cincinnati area get togethers

I new to POF and want to attend some Friday/Saturday gatherings but haven't been able to locate any in the Cincinnati area. Most I've seen have been over 100 miles from where I am and I refuse to travel that far to an unfamiliar location for just one night out on the town.
I'm hoping to meet more people via the gathers instead of relying on the matching system. It's fine but I like face to face introductions etc. And I'm sure that when POF people gather it's going to be a fun new experience. To find out more about me visit my profile etc.
So, if your thinking caps are still working, please post me a reply asap as I would like to go out this weekend. Cabin fever is taking over------------------------ARGH! And I'm going
