I am Benjamin. 32 years old and live in Warren Ohio. relatively new to the area been here about a year. I have been looking for things to do and places to go. I run a small wood shop out of my house. Its a nice way to meet people but still not alot to do. hopefully I will be able to make some of these parties that I keep reading about. whelp if you like the relaxed life and enjoy taking it easy let me know I'm always game for coffee or lunch someplace. | |

Anyhow I've never had a relationship and a friend pointed this site out to me. Not much luck so far, and it isn't for a lack of trying. I'll admit though I don't get out as much as I probably should though so that could have something to do with it all. I was a pretty level kid so I never really revealed my wild side lol. I'm a 39 yr old business owner living in Grove City, OH...bout 10 minutes south of Columbus. I go by Crissy4u -- I'm a 50, yes 50, yr old woman, from Avon, OH -- 2 kids grown, I'm a graphic designer who works two jobs which can be too much at times, but I do that to provide the life style that I like, and not be beholding to anyone but myself. I could work less and live differently, but this is what makes me happy. Been divorced seems like forever now, since 1987. I would love to find a companion, a significant other, my soul mate, so that's why I'm here. But I'd like to hang out with some locals in just a social situation to make some friends and get to know more people around. I'm not gonna lie, I know I have some issues ~ yes I do come with baggage, but I'm looking for someone whose baggage matches mine! we all have it! lol....... I grew up in Cleveland and still work there, but have left a long string of party'rs behind that got too caught up in it. I love riding on a Harley if anyone has a back seat empty on a run sometime. I don't have a bike of my own., something I would like to have one day perhaps. My son is a Harley builder, so I have to get after him to hook mom up!!! | |

I work full-time in the Accounting field and on the weekends I bartend on Sat. night at a neighborhod bar here in Newark. I'm looking to meet some new people for friendship first and who knows maybe more will be in the stars. I enjoy shooting pool, drinking a few beers with good people, spending time with family & friends, dancing & karaoke to name a few things (not necessarily in that order though). I love to ride on the back of a Harley and hope to someday very soon own my own. I'm pretty independent and don't rely on too many people at all. I can't stand fake people or people who can't take care of themselves. I have a great sense of humor, have even been told at times it's pretty warped. Working as many years as I have in the bar scene it takes a lot to surprise me or embarass me. Would love to hear from you, so drop a line and say hello.   | |

Well, let's see here, I'm 27, father of a most wonderfull 10 year old daughter. I was born and raised at various naval installations around the country. My family moved to Butler County when my dad retired from the navy in 96 because of WEBN's Wild Man Walker's rant about how Pete Rose should be in the MLB Hall of Fame (hey, we're huge baseball fans).
I'm trying this out. I've got a good friend of mine that met a wonderful lady on this site. They're getting married next year when his deployment schedule settles down a bit (he's Active Duty Air Force).

Posted: 10/16/2008 10:13:34 AM | That's what they're telling me. Now I've never had trouble getting out & meeting people in general, but online dating is completly different, yes? I've been reading a few threads here, and clicking around on profiles quite a bit since I joined last week. Hopefully, my friends circle will enlarge and maybe there'll be a nice date or two out of it as well. I'm at the end of a relationship, but due to $$ issues, I can't move out of the place we share yet... anybody feeling the love/hate issues there? YIKES! I swear, the screenwriter for "The Breakup" (Vince Vaughn, Jennifer Aniston) was a fly on our wall when he was writing! 
Well, that's it. I'm dying to start hanging out, so if anyone's thinking about get-togethers in Cincinnati, might I suggest an evening at Shadowbox Cabaret?? | |
