Was married for 25 years til it imploded, and stopped being a marriage about 12 years ago. Divorcing as we speak. But I will miss my two kids, even though they refer to me as the Loser....
The price of freedom is never free as the old saying goes. I had to leave a piece or two in Iraq during Gulf war I, and I gotta leave a piece or two here. But I'll gladly pay the price to gain my freedom back. It is better to die on ones feet than to live on ones knees.....
CAN NOT WAIT to get started on my new life....Life has hope and meaning again. I can enjoy the new sunrise each day. Damn dont being alive feel good! In fact let me buy all of you a round on me......

Well here goes my "introduction" into the hall of Plenty o Fish Fame! lol
My name is Melanie, and I am a single mother, age 39- my son is 15--
nearing graduation. I live in Liverpool, which, if you dont know, is NOT in England
but actually a small town about 25 miles North of Harrisburg, Pa.
I have been divorced 6 years, and have been dating for nearly 4 yrs-- took
some time off from my divorce for introspection...
I havent had the best luck in the dating department--- no shortage of dates-
dont get me wrong, or the occasional "nookie-time" lol, but I'm beginning to think
the word COMMITTMENT bears thoughts of a necessity for garlic and wooden stakes!
LOL
I am NOT a vampire boys-- just seeking love, like everyone else. I need a man with
a good head on his shoulders who knows how to handle a strong, ambitious, affectionate
