| Introduce Yourself Here. Posted: 4/15/2006 9:46:05 PM | Hi, I am in the Greenville area. I am originally from Charleston, WV (a mountain man ). Been here close to 2 years here and I am not going anywhere, my sister has been down here for 15 years, and my parents are going to retire down here. I have lived in Dallas/Ft. Worth area and Columbus Ohio and I prefer a city this size and I like it well here. Not going anywhere in other words. Will always be a mountain man though. | |

| Hello Internet World! Posted: 11/3/2006 3:07:01 AM | | Very new to this....I travel frequently with my job and was hoping to meet a like minded female who also travels or has the time to travel....I don't understand this e-mailing but will give it a try. My experience so far is that nobody walks their talk! Hopefully by posting this I will be proven wrong. | |

| Introduce Yourself Here. Posted: 11/15/2006 6:55:55 PM | | Hi folks. I've been on here just a few weeks but have already made some new online friends. This site is a heck of a lot better than any other "dating" sites I've been too. So good luck to all and I hope you all find what you're looking for. - Ed | |

| psst! Posted: 11/15/2006 6:59:35 PM | Dear FishFreak,
All I can tell ya is just to experiment with the site. I've only been on a few weeks but have learned a lot. Don't be afraid to click on anything. I've found this, so far, to be a pretty good site for meeting people. The women are great and almost always answer an e-mail. So just have patience. You'll find somebody. Good luck. - Ed

| Introduce Yourself Here. Posted: 1/5/2007 10:03:46 AM | Chicadee here from Aiken.... play around in Columbia, Myrtle Beach, and Greenville on a regular basis too! | |
|
| Introduce Yourself Here. Posted: 2/1/2007 2:35:03 PM | I've been off and on this site for almost two years, but only recently noticed this forum. Maybe that's because I do mostly forums now, whereas before I was "dating". I discovered I'm not good at the serious relationship thing, but friends I can manage. :)
I'm female, 52, live in the Berea area of Greenville, and like to read (mostly fiction, but then there's the newspaper--hopefully that's nonfiction), and walk in some of the beautiful nearby parks (Falls Park, around Furman), and watch TV. But I do walk, almost every day, so you can't call me a couch potato. I have two grown sons, some other family in the area, and one cat.
If I sound vaguely interesting, and you're looking for a friend, please check out my profile and if still interested, write. We might just hit it off. I've learned not to push for that, not to try to act like anything but what I am every day. Then, if it does happen, it's for real, and fun and easy to maintain.
