I've been divorced for a few months now (separated since November) and I'm looking for someone to go out and do things with. If it turns into more than that, I'd be thrilled. I'm so not about all the lies and sleeping around. I just want a nice man to spend some time with and get to know.
I've already made a few friends here and I've stumbled upon some real losers as well. So, I'm sure it evens out in the end.

Actually, I've been here a month, maybe; wrote my profile essay then went to the forums and have been absolutely glued to the reading! lol - I am an avid reader to begin with, but it's been fasinating to read the various issues, and perspectives.
My profile states what it is I am looking for in a man/relationship... I wrote addressing that issue to avoid the "So.. whattya lookin' for?" avalanche of emails that I have received in the past at the couple of sites that I had dared to join over a year ago, and very briefly at that.
I also love that this site is not only free (the 2 I had belonged to for those brief times were pay sites), but has these forums to not only try to gain insight and view different perspectives, but to meet women to possibly make friends with, also. There was no possiblity of those features previously.
I live in LaFollette, and it's one smaalll town, I tell ya!

Not sure if I'm staying or moving but found the Events located in the Forum section which is pretty cool. Next week one is in Maryville, so check it out. I may be there, or back in South Louisiana gathering up some other things or traveling to Kentucky for some work up there. Single dad with son at LSU now. He and I rode Harley's from California when I moved to TN in 2005 and it was awesome for me and a 16 yo. It's just him and I since he was nine, so I can appreciate how hard it is to be a single full time parent. Franklin | |

I'm Jennifer, and I'm the aussie. I have lived in the States for 11 years now, first year in Harriman, then lived in SC for several. Came back to Harriman and I here I am. Currently going through the divorce process and can't wait until that's finalised.
And like most everyone looking for the special someone to share my life with.
And wow I have also been reading the forums here and all I can say is crickey mate!
Can't wait to get to know everyone!
