I get to stand in intersections, and put stakes in the ground showing those in the construction business where they need to build stuff. There's a bit more to it than that, like locating property corners for people and where their boundaries are. | |

I live in Grand Mound, Washington.
Everybody always asks me "where in the heck is Grand Mound?"
Well, at exit 88 off of I-5 is about where we are. If you go west, you get to Rochester and if you go east, you get to Tenino.
In 2009, a lodge and convention center is being built here and define the community to a certain extent. Great Wolf Resorts is building a 7 story hotel, indoor water park, convention center and food court right here in lil'ole Grand Mound.
I live in one of the rural neighborhoods out here, near some cows and an obnoxious neighborhood rooster whom I've nicknamed "Cordon Blue" because if I catch him that's the recipe I plan to use. 
Glad to meet other Washingtonians on Fishy . I've had 3 dates from Fishy already and I've only been here a short while.

I'm almost 31 years old and am out here in the Pullman/Moscow area. I don't have any kids but do enjoy hanging out with my niece and nephews when I can. I've only lived in Washington State about 2 1/2 years. I enjoy computers/technology, videogames, sci fi, 4 wheeling in my Blazer, and singing karaoke (when I actually get out to do it..) I hope to get together with some folks to go tailgating for the first time this football season.. (I'm a bit tomboyish, but they guys are out having all the fun and I wanna enjoy it with them!!!) | |

I know I for one am so ready for some sunny and warmer days, it has been a long winter/ fall; first with the huge windstorm, making the Woodinville- Duvall area the hardest hit and losing power for about 1 week or so, right before Christmas, made for some cold nights.
Then the floods, My idea of island life is palm trees and coconuts, and then the snow, not once, but twice of 7 + inches..........so ready for good hot weather.
I am a positive person.

My last serious relationship was 3 years ago and I'm tired of being alone. I've even considered getting a cat/dog, but I travel, so that's not really practical. On my profile I listed the choice of Long Term because I don't want to get involved with men who are out there 'looking' all the time. However, I am in Mexico much of the winter....but then, I might meet a man who likes warm weather and traveling. I am an eazy-going person, no temper to mention, not hard to look at and am pretty reasonable. I want to be wanted. Conversation and communication is important and having someone to cook for/with is really nice. A man who's word is good is definately a necessary trait.
