Born and raised Calgarian...(yeah that's right, one of the few left, haha)
A friend mentioned POF to me so I thought I'd give it a chance...been here for about a month now. Met some pretty interesting people, and met some ones I don't think I'll meet again...haha.

She has recently moved to Ontario and I am now free to enjoy new adventures. I hope I can meet some friends on this site. I look forward to participating in some of the get together.

However the realtionship didn't work out so I'm just here to meet new people. I'm 27 yrs old Filipino-Canadian and I came here when I was 18 yrs old and Canada has been good to me through all the years I've been here. I speak english, tagalog(our national language) and I'm conversational in spanish as well. I like learning new cultures and languages it has become a passionate hobby of mine. I have just started using this site to meet people and I am already impressed with the quality of the people i have met. But i am a young film maker who has just moved back to Calgary from Toronto where i finished film school. I am looking for someone who would either like to date, hang out or a serious relationship. No window lickers please. Just a smart sane girl who has her head on her shoulders ( of course on top of a neck, but if your smart and you have no neck thats ok too). I'm new (like, three day old new), the POF gawds have said I'm now old enuff to enter the forum, say hi to the lions and amazon galadiatrixes (thatsa word, right?). My profile's there, just to the left side, looks like, so I'm not gonna ramble about me here, too.
But I do want to say "thanks" to the (wow quite a few, actually) people who sent me an intro email the last few days... cheers huge and lots. I dunno, maybe this just might work.
I'm making a move to the rain of the lower mainland in a few months, I wanna learn to sail! But I still spend a coupla weeks a month in Calgary for work. And stuff. I am wanting to widen my friendship circles, and, yes, I am openly on a quest for someone a little special-er to go exploring with.
