Also, I wanted to comment on abscynthe amazing choice of name, and sweet profile, but she doesn't take messages from smokers! So, I'll say it here.... and done.

I love to meet new people, and as I have just returned to this area after some length of time, it would be nice to get to know people again. Lethbridge has (Holy Hanna) grown a LOT! But most of the people I once knew here have moved on and I find myself a stranger on home ground. A bit strange! (no pun intended!) I'd like to meet some new friends, gals and guys both and get settled back into the city - feel like I belong again. So say hello -I will answer (nice) emails or messages. There's an old saying that goes "if I'm lost please feel free to tell me where to go...but do it NICELY!" I am never impressed by rude or crude conversations e-mail or chat., (I've had a few even on here) so those are the ones that I will NOT respond to. Anyway..hello, it's nice to be here. I deleted my account almost a week ago, and was under Betti Bewp,
but decided a short time (2days) to re register, so here I am.
I am fine tuning the art of my communicatins skills, and have lots of thoughts, I dont have time to be bored as my brain illuminates me to much and while can find sometimes the dating scene confusing, apparrently not able to let go of it, as where in 2007 do you go to meet people.
I have noticed that in my real life walks of life, how many times a man will smile at me, and nod his head, but I never stop to ask how is his day going, much the same version as this dating site. Except that in real life when making the initial contact, how many times do we walk by a potential companion? and all because our world has become vast and we think that if a stranger would like to buy us a cup of coffee, there must be a safety issue...and well maybe...happened to me once, where a guy pulled up beside my car in his "White van" and asked me if he could buy me lunch....of coure I said no.
but here on the dating site it provides opportunity to meet some incredible people.

I am back living near Edmonton where I grew up and I am new to the online "get to know, date or whatever" world.
I turned 51 yesterday and yes my pics are from the last 4 months.
I have 2 kids and 5 grandkids and love them all intensely.
