I'm Bill or Billy try to sign out of your account, or delete your account, whichever helps; then open a new account. You may need to change a few things so that there won't be identical info about you in the system. Once you have a new account, a new User name, and a new Passsword go with that, ok and after a certain amount of time your old account will be gone. I hope this helps.
