I live in Houston also, and what the hell does it matter!
I want to apologize for joejoe, and explain that not everyone who lives here is a narcisistic moron...
People are people, no matter what their size or shape and they all have feelings, well, maybe except you perhaps...
But that said, everyone has a match, some men like women who are a little overwieght... the world is not made by Mattel and we dont all come from the same mold, like all the pretty plastic Barbie dolls.
Further, I would like to see you give birth, bleed once a month for seven days, try and take care of your family, nurture your children, put bread on the table, and then put up with some jack*ss like you and on top of it all find the time to work out and stay fit!
Get a clue dude! There is more to life and relationships than physical beauty or being height and weight proportionate!
After thinking about this and your post I think you are the one who deserves the sympathy cause you are a shallow self serving individual! SEEK HELP!
Oh and one other thing... I noiticed you claim to be a gentleman in one of your other posts... Nothing could be further from the truth!!! Gentleman dont speak ill of ladies, no matter what thier size or shape! | |

Posted: 2/20/2007 1:23:08 PM | Ok, this is my first contribution to a thread but I just had to give my 2 cents worth.
The bottom line is that there is someone for everyone. We are attracted to whomever we are attracted to. And beautiful people come in all shapes, sizes and colors. As we all know, beauty has to come from the inside out. I know plenty of beautiful thin/fit women and men who at first glance can make your heart go "pitter patter"  , but once they open their mouths you just want to run for cover   .
As for the man who started this, he should really take a look at himself. I'm not attracted to guys my height or shorter than me, but I wouldn't bash him for being short. I'm sure there is someone out there who wouldn't have an issue with that.
Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth.

Let’s just a little kinder or use better judgment when choosing words to post. Yes, express yourself, but be kind. eldubu,I'd be willing OP is over weight. According to medical research,medical science and published in many medical book,commentaries and pounded in my head by my physican about 75 to 85 per cent of Americans are over weight and obese. This subjet has been discussed many times here on POF forums ,but hardly any recognize a persons weight does not always fall within Height -weight proportion....
I agee with DWSTXS1969. I'm 6'1 225 not fat,but according to medical science and my doctor I'm about 30 to 35 pounds over...Or as some of you women say,"A FEW EXTRA POUNDS" ,if you will. | |

Why don't you try honesty in your profile - like I really can't tolerate women over size 4 or anyone who has any opinion that differs from mine or might appear "gross" to me.

Being obese does not mean a person has a dreaded killer disease that will cause any infection to his eyes. However,he does need a good eye exam because there is some damn good women that have a few extra pounds that are as beautiful as any thinner lady could possibly be.
I mean,hell,lets be realistic,but fair to people. Obesity is considered to be what most express as few pounds extra. According to my doctor I fall in the category of obesity and I am 6'1 225 but not even close to being fat.
But too, some people cannot help being heavy or heavier. Medical reasons have much to do with some being heavy. Diabetics for example using insulin can cause weight gain.....
Food is not always the reason people are over weight .....
I think our friend JOEJOE is probably embarrassed by now or should be. | |
