I dont judge people on appearance and I find that some of the best fun I ever had was with people who have way more class than you, but may not be the most handsome stud in town.........
I am however ashamed for us that you represent TX and agree with whomever said you had the littleman syndrome............ Thank goodness Houston is a long way from Waco.......... men here know how to treat a lady........... | |

Posted: 7/20/2006 8:14:43 AM | When I fell in love with my ex-wife, she was nearly 40 pounds overweight. I never complained.
After a year and a half, when coming back from an overseas deployment, she had lost it all and it did not return. I have to admit, she looked much better that way, but the moral of the story here is that I loved her for who she is on the inside.
Now I live in a town where one has to look really hard to find obesity or even a bit of pudge. For me & like other people up here, it is an issue of health and ability to keep up with my active lifestyle.
....But I would never go as far as to be as rude and demoralizing as you have here. That is really shameful and I think that you owe these folks an apology. | |

I am not gross, bitter or grumpy. I enjoy life, love and all the beautiful things in life. I have worked hard all my adult life, and have now earned the right to play.
If you are having problems in Houston - spread out some. What's a few miles?
If you do find someone you might be interested in, and she has a few extra pounds, give her a free membership to a gym or spa. There are many ways to skin a cat! | |

Posted: 7/27/2006 2:04:44 AM | I'm in Fort Worth now and moved here from Atlanta, GA... and lived in Dallas for a couple of years... and it's not just in Houston... nor is it just the women. Obesity is a growing epedemic all over the country and is not gender-specific.
Of course, we're still labelled as being shallow a**holes for having any opinion about the body types of people we're attracted to.
Welcome to the human race... where having a preference makes you a shallow pr**k and not having a preference makes you desperate.
