If this is the right place to say a very big thank you to Markus then I am getting the hang of it: I have already made contact with a young lady and have started to help her as best I can to improve her english. It's not the start of a romance as I am old enough to be her father( maybe grandfather!), but for me it is a genuine pleasure to help her and at the same time gain a knowledge of her culture.
It's all for free?! I'm still dreading an enormous bill from somewhere or other, but if it is really without charge then it negates the saying "There's never something for nothing"
