Consider the source, probably just goofy propaganda. Real women want men. We do not want some child that we need to babysit, support financially, or raise. (I get messages from children as young as 19!!!) And to me, it is nothing short of ludicrous to expect me to have anything in common with a child. Sexually, I would feel like I was molesting this kid or something. IMO it is just women who are in need of an ego boost who would even bother with these kids. They don't realize how stupid they look to other people, and actually think that eye candy boytoy is something to brag about, instead of realizing that it just makes them look shallow, manipulative (conning some child) and immature. The stereotype doesn't just apply to dirty old MEN. | |

And be chasing those twentysomething men. And I think you ^^^ are in the minority as those women in thier 40's dating men 20 years younger will say that those guys are so mature and know what they want and have no issues. As i say all of us guys and women were exactly like that in our 20's. Thought we knew what we wanted, wanted to be, were better looking then, thought we were mature then, but in fact we were naive, inexperienced at sex, and did not really know what we wanted.
How people forget that part of thier lives as they get older.
Can't tell me that everyone knew thier direction of life at 24...ya right..most were out at the bars with thier friends from 18-25.. | |

First you say you can't understand why I'm complaining and then in the next paragraph you go on to explain exactly why you won't go out with younger women. Whassup with that? Turns out I feel exactly as you say. I don't find I need an ego boost I suppose ... and hey I just realized that's a pretty good thing.
As for cougars, I totally resent being called that. It's just too predatory somehow. If I was to folllow through with these requests, people would automatically assume that I was chasing these boytoys but that isn't the case at all. They are doing the chasing. On POF and in person as well. Which brings me full circle to why I started this thread in the first place.

You don't sound too impressed now, but some younger guys could just take you on one... I gave it a shot, i mean it was cool to try i guess but i'm going to stick within at least about 10 yrs my senior from now on unless a major hottie comes along.
About the whole experience thing...? Maybe that is an issue for some guys. Shit, I felt like I was teaching a sex-ed class when I tried out the MILF thing. Old people are old-fashioned. There are crazy ass - i'm talking about some hardcore shit - ways of doing things that some of these ladies just haven't been to exposed to. | |

LOL Mature and know what they want? Not in the early 20s. No man even begins to really become a man until he is at least 25. And I have never even heard the expression “Cougar”.

Because they are looking for men with the same qualities, and usually you boys are everything you just accused younger girls of being.

I would consider myself to be alot more mature than my *cough* peers (if i can really call them that) alot of my age group is interested in the proverbial "Wine, Women, and Song" but, i guess i'm different...not any better, mind you, but different. I'm looking to find that ONE and work from there. its not that its not possible for me to pull the one night stand, or have five or more women on call...I just dont find it very satisfying. I get much more pleasure (Emotional, Mental, and otherwise) from finding one woman, and building from there. so, you cant say all of us are little boys.
Besides...there are alot of us that DO know what we want of life, and want to find someone else that has their goals in line also :)

It sure it isnt the easiest thing for a man to always make the first move, and I can't see it being any less difficult to persue an older woman. I don't think age is really an issue, I think its more maturity. Hey if a hot young buck wants to message you... WOO HOO go you... you look amazing for your age.. Someone saw something in you that attracted them enough to message you. To all those young ones that message me... Thanks boyz... you made me smile for sure!
