sorry, I have to disagree, some men (and women) are just wired more toward seeking porn than others.
yes, being ignored sexually while in a relationship could lead to a wandering eye...and hand, and sometimes it leads to rationalizing affairs outside the union.
porn is so readily available, no one has to borrow vids anymore, subscribe to mags, there are a million free sites with every conceivable type of peccadillo available just with a click of the mouse.  | |

I strongly disagree with this assessment.
People masturbate for different reasons than they have sex when they're in a relationship. Masturbation is a selfish act; it's all about what he wants, it's fueled by his fantasies, it's not the real world or part of his real relationship. It's pure fantasy, and that's okay--as I see it, it's important that people are able to have their fantasy lives, whether they have relationships or not. When he wants real sex with real intimacy and connection, he can come to you; when he wants selfish fantasy without having to take anyone else's desires into account, he can masturbate. Unless he's addicted to porn, I see this as a healthy act.
If you're feeling ignored sexually in your relationship, that's another matter, and one worth discussing with him. But to me, that's a separate issue from normal, healthy masturbation. | |

In a committed relationship there needs to be an understanding of needs. Often the needs go unspoken (as men we are not naturally adept at nuance particularly when there is so much else going on around us) which is really the beginning of the end. Men...say what you want and need. Women... say what you want and need.
So much of this is really misunderstanding and unmet needs. Speak up!

I'm not reading 21 pages. However, the above quote taken from your original post is the crux of the problem. I would have retitled this thread. "Why does my man ignore me sexually and masterbate to porn?"
I was in a similar situation except that my fiance wasn't masterbating to porn but was addicted to sex with other women. It didn't make any sense. We had had a fantastic sexual relationship and I always yearned for him. Ultimately, I concluded that he was f*cked up emotionally, mentally and sexually.
