My parents used to walk around the house nude as far back as i can remember. There is nothing at all wrong with nudity as long as it is taken in the right context and not considered anything to do with sex. Why do people automatically assume that being nude is something sexual? | |

Saw Mom nekkid, plenty...trying on clothes, out of the shower, bringing a roll of TP...
I see the double standard that it is okay to see your mom naked but not your dad. | |

Posted: 6/10/2008 6:11:57 AM | my mother walked slept in the nude, so midnight bathroom breaks were akward for my guests---lol----so i am very comfy in my own skin becuase of her---thanks mom---i have a two year old that as so many posters before have said --goes everywhere with me and sees me naked 50% of the time afterall its hard to get ready at ANY given time with a toddler never the less do it in private---and thats not gonna change unless he gets uncomfy---its all up to him---its not just him either---ive been runnin round the house nude and forgot and answered the door---theyve already seen why run?? lol | |

Posted: 6/10/2008 7:04:10 AM | I was raised in a pretty open home ..i ran around in my underwear when just family was there till my early teens .my parents were mostly always dressed but nudity was not a big deal...but later on when i started dating ..there was this girlfriend ..i dated a while ...I went home with her to change clothes ...and was invited into her room as she changed in front of me ...with the door open..which made me nervous as her parents were there and knew what was happening ..and didnt mind ...now at this time we were sexually active so i had seen her naked before ...but after spending more time at her home i realized that the were all pretty relaxed about nudity as after they got to know me ...her parents would not bother to be dressed in my presents..i have saw her mom and her other sisters nude many times before and her dad in just his boxers ...and after the initial shock it really wasent that big a deal ...i will have to say that knowing them ...they were very well adjusted family...and nudity even among non family members seemed healthy in their house hold ....
even seeing her other two teenage sisters naked didnt seem a sexual thing and they were very cute girls....now i wouldnt be as relaxed as they were about nudity or sex but thinking back it didnt seam wrong what they were doing
I know it would bother me to see my daughter naked but this guy it didnt ...and i know he was a very moral man ..because he talked to me about the relationship I had with his daughter ...he knew we were having sex...and we were allowed to be in her room in private ...they had to know we were having sex in there .....but he stressed respect and I never saw any of the three girls show anything but respect for their dad ....and i got pretty close to this family ..for several years ...but to me it was and does seam odd...but not wrong | |
