| Salut Posted: 7/29/2006 11:34:03 AM | Bon...
Respect!

I was reading old posting and noticed you mentioned being apart of the Kyokoshinkai world. I would like to find their organization here in manhattan New York and wonder what you can share.
Thanks in advance. | |

| Anyone like martial arts here? Posted: 4/2/2008 10:25:34 AM | | For many years I practiced Tai chi. I still do from time to time but due to a few accidents, I am having a harder time of it. Once spring is upon us I plan on giving it another serious go as there is this elderly Asian woman who practices in a park near me. She must have years of training as she practices with swords, fans, flags and other things. | |

I practice Taï Chi Chuan for almost 4 years and I've started Karate Shotokan (traditionnal) this fall. Both are just great for the body, mind and soul.
