This blip about women thinking about sex 180 minutes a day compared to a man's 150 minutes makes total sense to me.
Women, traditionally, are the Keepers of the Relationship.
Sex is, traditionally, part of the Relationship.
It's also often at the root of relationship problems.
Therefore, it's not a surprise that women think about sex more than men do.
...I just read this on the net his moning.....which surprised me. I would have agreed that men thought about it more often.

i also read a survey that in a long term relationship sex is once or twice a week
so is it just you single women thinking of sex 180 min a day or yet another one of you womens mind games , yep were thinking of sex and are horny as hell but guess what guy your still not getting any

Men think about it more often, but for shorter periods, like a minute or two. Men think about how fast a skirt can go up, how fast panties can come down, how many seconds it takes for the boss to walk from his office to the copy room, so if they have a quickie with Ms. Jenkins how many good long strokes can they get in before having to zip up their pants.
Women think about emotions, the warmth of the moment, the smells of the room and the bodies, the emotional culmination of the event.
Men think of logistics---Will this shirt be visibly stained? Are the walls soundproof? Is the van seat roomy enough for cowboy style? Is the electric maintenance closet on the 3rd parking level unlocked and available for use if I proposition Ms Jenkins on the way into the office? Will a clean towel and bottle water be enough to make her feel less slutty?
Women don't think of these things until they've been propositioned, so men work out the details and how to overcome the objections ahead of time. Women get pissed if they don't, because a grand opportunity for sex is dashed if the guy doesn't plan well. | |

What you just posted is totally awesome and so very very true! I have often thought about why men and women simply can't just settle the issues and get what it is they both seek. Simply because we don't appear to see the issues the same way. Damn! Is there any possible way that that GAP can be overcome and finally, men and women can approach things the same way, with the same thoughts?

I've heard them conversations and women trying to justify them by pointing out how men talk when women are not around.
No surprise to me and women are much more degrading than men.

Mack? I cannot speak for all ladies but I have never tried to justify what I say by saying that men are worse. And to degrade men? Not when me and my gal pals get together. We speak openly and honestly about our sex drives/wants/needs. Never degrade men though. What would our (female) world be without these handsome fellows to keep it interesting???
